-FINISHES:

We have tried to show our finishes and products as accurate as possible. Due to the nature of our process and computer settings, our finishes might look slightly different from what you see on the site. Please contact us if you have any questions about our finishes: info@knobsforus.com

-DEFECTIVE & DAMAGE ITEMS:

If our items are damaged, please contact us within three days after receiving your order. We will ship you new items or issue you a full refund upon receiving the defective items.

YOU MUST OBTAIN A RGA NUMBER (RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) prior to returning the defective or damaged items. All packages must have this number market on the package.

We will not accept or credit you without an RGA Number.

-WARRANTY:

All products distributed by Décor Variations are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranties. Should you purchase an item from our store and find it to be defective during the first year of use, please contact us. We will help you process your warranty claim with the manufacturer. After one year, you must contact the manufacturer directly. We will be happy to provide you with their contact information.

Please remember to follow the “care and maintenance” instructions attached to your product. This will help you with your warranty claim. Unless the product is defective due to manufacturing, most companies will not process warranty claims if their products are not cared for according to their instructions. If you did not receive these instructions, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a copy.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders placed on the site are custom made. After 24 hours, your order will be processed for finishing. Our standard lead time is three to four days after the 24 hour cancellation period. We offer ground and expedited shipping (at an extra charge).



REFUND, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

-Cancellations:

In order to avoid restocking fees, you MUST cancel within 24 hours after placing it. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and restocking fees will apply. You can cancel your order by email: orders@knobsforus.com

-Returns and Refunds:

You have 10 days from the day of receipt to return any item(s) to us. They must be sent back to us in their original unopened package. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

No credit will be issued unless the items are in good re-sellable condition. After we receive your returned items, you will be refunded the full amount minus restocking fees and shipping charges.

All returns will have a 25% restocking fee.

SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED WE WILL NO ACCEPT ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Please contact us before you return any items.

-Changes to your order:

You have 24 hours to change the finish or product to your order. Because each order is custom made, after the 24 hours we cannot change your order.
